Our Holidays2Malaga Andres Perez holiday studio is located in the historic center of Malaga. The emblematic Calle Marqués de Larios is less than 500 meters away, as well as the Cathedral of Malaga. The Thyssen Museum is less than 400 meters away and the Picasso Museum is less than 700 meters away.

Malaga Port and La Malagueta Beach are less than 1 km away.

The studio has 40 m2, capacity for 2 people, double bed, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Kitchen equipped with fridge, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher and electric kettle. 600 MB high speed fiber fiber. Iron and ironing board and Smart TV.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: from Jan. 16th 2023 and 2 months onwards, the patio of the entrance will be under renovation.

Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day

Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.

Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival

You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).

All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.

A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
