3-room flat, 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, 65 m². Entrance in hallway with wardrobe. Large living/sleeping room with 2x sofa bed/seating area (alternatively seating area and 2x foldaway bed), dining area with corner bench and open kitchen with built-in cooker (3 hotplates, oven), microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, fondue rechaud and balcony (wonderful view of the mountains and larch forest). Large double room with washbasin. Further double room. Bath/WC or shower/WC.

The pretty flat house VENETZ is located on the edge of the large outdoor car park, in the "Grossus Moos" district, approx. 400 m from the centre of Saas-Fee. Sunny and quiet location, the electric ski bus stop (for a fee), shopping facilities and restaurant are in the immediate vicinity. Indoor swimming pool approx. 400 m, to the gondola lift 'Alpin-Express', which creates a direct connection to the 'Metro-Alpin' at 3,500 m (winter and summer ski area) approx. 700m .
In the house (basement) ski cellar, washing machine for shared use. Parking is available exclusively in the outdoor car park or parking terminal, approx. 150-300 m away
The flat we offer is located either on the 1st or 2nd floor and is bright and comfortably furnished and well equipped. Tiled floors, the bedrooms either with laminate or carpet. Cable TV (including German programmes), DVD, radio, WLAN (included), central heating and south-facing balcony with glacier view. Non-smoking property (only permitted on the balcony).

SAAS-FEE: the world-famous holiday resort with its imposing glaciers lies in a small hollow at 1,800 metres above sea level and is surrounded by 13 four-thousand-metre peaks, including such famous mountains as the Dom, Alphubel, Nadelhorn, Täschorn and Allalin. The whole of Saas-Fee is car-free and can only be visited on foot or by electric taxi. At the entrance to the village, a huge multi-storey car park terminal (subject to a charge) offers ample parking facilities.

The ski resort is remarkable and is used as a training camp, especially by many national ski teams, as Saas-Fee is the only year-round ski resort (reduced to the glacier ski area in summer) in Switzerland alongside Zermatt. While the lifts in the valley are more suitable for beginners, more than 20 lifts (cabins, chairlifts and drag lifts) provide access to around 100 km of downhill pistes up to 3,600 m; at the top, the red and black runs tend to predominate and are a real pleasure for experienced skiers in particular.
Cross-country skiing: 6 km of high-altitude cross-country ski trail in Saas-Fee and 26 km of cross-country ski trail in the valley between Saas-Balen, Saas-Grund and Saas-Almagell.
Other offers: numerous ski and snowboard schools, cross-country skiing school, ski kindergarten, toboggan run, indoor tennis courts, snowshoe hikes, natural ice rinks, curling, curling, . Great offer in Saas-Fee also for non-skiers (pubs, dancings, bars, etc.),
Summer offers in the Saas Valley and Saas-Fee: numerous hiking and high-altitude trails (almost 450 km in total) of all levels of difficulty, 900 m long summer toboggan run, 9-hole alpine golf course, minigolf, high ropes course, gorge via ferrata, gorge cable car (Tyrolia or Flying Fox), barbecue areas, outdoor and indoor tennis courts, mountaineering, paragliding. Over 70 km of mountain bike network with mountain bike hire in the various villages.

Saas Valley: The pretty valley worth visiting with the well-known holiday resorts of Saas-Balen, Saas-Grund, Saas-Almagell and of course the fashionable Saas-Fee has been a centre of winter and summer sports in Switzerland for many decades. The 3 smaller villages of Balen, Grund and Almagell lie in the valley and offer numerous opportunities to spend a peaceful but also varied and sporty holiday here throughout the winter and summer thanks to two very sunny ski areas of their own (Hohsaas ski area in Saas-Grund and Saas-Almagell ski area) and a continuous cross-country ski trail as well as numerous (winter) hiking trails and mountain bike routes between the villages and the Mattmark reservoir.
Ideal for guests is the direct connection of all 3 villages by means of a free post bus to Saas-Fee (only valid for holders of a Saastalcard, which is made available to our guests) directly up to Saas-Fee, so you can actually leave your car behind during your holiday. A fondue rechaud is also available in the kitchen. The aforementioned washing machine is located in the basement of the house for general use. Tiled floors, in the bedrooms either laminate flooring or carpet. One of the two bedrooms is equipped with a washbasin. The flat can have a bathroom with bathtub and WC or alternatively a bathroom with shower and WC.

TURIST TAX/ OVERNIGHT TAX The overnight stay contribution (tourist tax and overnight stay tax together) is mandatory until 31 May and from 1 November (winter season): CHF 7.00 per person per day; children 6-15 years CHF 3.50 per person per day; within 01 June - 31 October (summer season): CHF 10.50 per person per day; children 6-15 years CHF 5.25 per person per day; this charge is payable to the key holder on arrival.
COUTION One-off € 200 or CHF 200 per stay. This is also to be deposited in cash with the key holder on arrival and will be returned in cash on the day of departure if the holiday property is handed over properly (e.g. swept clean).
OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS such as bed linen, towels, cot, etc.:
