APARTMENT IN A TOP SKI AREA; NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
3-room apartment, 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, 65 m². Entrance hall with coat rack.
Large living/sleeping room with 2 sofa beds/lounge area (alternatively lounge area and 2 Murphy beds), dining area with corner bench and open-plan kitchen with built-in stove (3 hobs, oven), microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, fondue set, and balcony (magnificent view of the mountains and larch forest). Large double bedroom with washbasin.
Further double bedroom.
Bath/WC or Shower/WC. On the edge of the large outdoor parking lot, in the "Grossus Moos" district, approx. 400 m from the center of Saas-Fee, stands the charming apartment building VENETZ.
Sunny and quiet location, the electric ski bus stop (for a fee), shops, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.
Indoor swimming pool approx. 400 m away, the 'Alpin-Express' gondola lift, which provides a direct connection to the 'Metro-Alpin' at 3,500 m (winter and summer ski area), is approx. 700 m away. In the house (basement) there is a ski cellar with heated ski boot storage as well as a washing machine and dryer (both free of charge) for shared use. I was very satisfied with the accommodation: - excellent location, - good service, - spacious and clean appartment, - good communications with the landlord. Only minor problem during check-in, when the landlord was not responsive at the provided mobile number. I will be happy to return again to this appartment and to Saas-Fee.
