APARTMENT IN TOP SKI AREA; NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
3-room apartment, 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor, 55 sq m. Entrance hall with coat rack.
Large living/sleeping room with 2 sofa beds/seating area, dining area with corner bench and open kitchen with built-in stove (3 hobs, oven), microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, fondue set and balcony (magnificent view of the mountains and larch forest). Large double bedroom with sink, balcony.
Small double bedroom (bed 1.40 m wide), balcony.
Bath/WC or shower/WC. At the edge of the large outdoor parking lot, in the district "Grossus Moos", approx. 400 m from the center of Saas-Fee, is the pretty apartment building VENETZ.
Sunny and quiet location, the electric ski bus stop (for a fee), shopping facilities and restaurant are in the immediate vicinity.
Indoor pool approx. 400 m, the gondola lift 'Alpin-Express', which creates a direct connection to the 'Metro-Alpin' at 3,500 m (winter and summer ski area), is approx. 700m away. In the house (basement) there is a ski cellar with ski boot dryer and washing machine and dryer (each free of charge) for shared use. Parking is exclusively available in the outdoor parking lot or parking terminal (for a fee), approx. 150-300 m away. The apartment offered by us is located either on the 1st or 2nd floor and is bright and cozy furnished and well-equipped.

The entire Saas-Fee is car-free and can only be visited on foot or by electric taxi.
At the entrance to the village, a huge, multi-story parking terminal (for a fee) offers sufficient parking space. The ski area is remarkable and is used as a training camp by many national ski teams; after all, Saas-Fee is the only year-round ski resort in Switzerland besides Zermatt (in summer reduced to the glacier ski area). While the lifts in the valley are more suitable for beginners, over 20 lift facilities (cabins, chairlifts and drag lifts) open up around 100 km of downhill slopes up to 3,600 m; at the top, red and black runs predominate and are a real pleasure, especially for experienced skiers. For guests, the direct connection of all 3 villages via a free post bus to Saas-Fee is ideal (only valid for holders of a Saastalcard, which is provided to our guests). This means that the car can actually be left parked during the holiday.
