Several apartments can be booked simultaneously for large groups in the same building. The building has security cameras in reception and common spaces to ensure guests comfort and safety. Following local regulations, we are obliged to charge a tourist tax of € 0.66 per person per night at the end of your stay (excluding children under 16 years of age). It is essential to perform the check-in on line in our app before checking-in and inform us when it is done to provide you the apartments access code. Parking (subject to availability at 15€ per day) must be requested by the guest at least 24 hours before the checkin and inform the plate number. In case of damage or lost of the remote control or the access card, we'll be charging 50€. The checkin and checkout of the parking is the same as the apartments. Early check-in or late check-out has a cost of 25€ and must be requested by the guest 24hs in advance
