The apartment was great, but they sent us to a different location much further than where we rent, they sent us to this address: Königstraße 17, Kaarst, Germany. That’s a whole different city, and they sent us to stay there, but the original address was in Neuss

I went to adress in Neuss. Nobody there. I called diff Numbers for 2 hours. No answers. Then I finale Got a message that place has changesed to other city 16 km away🤨. Appartment was fine, but I was nearly having a heardattack because it is impossibel to Call and talk to anyone in hotel.com.

Wohnung war auf einmal nicht mehr verfügbar, wurde Ersatz gestellt. Neu möbliert aber leider nicht sauber. Vor dem Gebrauch der Küche mussten wir sie erstmal sauber machen.
