Die Wohnung ist schön: gemühtlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig , von den Nachbarn oben hört man alles: jeden Schritt, jede Möbelbewegung , sogar Stimmen. Balkon ist schön, aber unbrauchbar weil da sehr sehr laut ist von dem Restourant unten . Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist reine Katastrophe, nur ein Virtuos kan dort parken.
