It has a double bed (140 x 200cm), a sitting corner with a comfortable sofa bed (90 x 200cm) for a third person, a dining space and a kitchen unit equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave and fridge. The flatscreen TV is mounted on the wall facing the bed. The bathroom has a shower with a shower curtain, a WC and a washbasin with a mirror. The studio is also equipped with a fan. There is no Internet connection, so complete peace and quiet are ensured.

In Kolimbari 6km away there is the nearest supermarket. Kastelli is 12km away, with further supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank and a health centre. It is 500 metres into the village and a kilometre to the beach at Ravdoucha.
