Our flat is located in the luxurious community called La Perla de la Bahia, on the beachfront.
It is on the ground floor, has two bedrooms and magnificent panoramic views of the pool and the sea.
It has a private garden.
The flat is furnished to a high standard and is located in a very quiet area, the bedrooms have double beds and large fitted wardrobes with en-suite bathrooms.
The bright living room has a large sofa and armchairs in front of the fireplace, as well as a dining table with chairs, a spacious fully equipped wooden kitchen and a laundry room.
From the sunny terrace you can enjoy beautiful sea views.
You have access to the terrace from the bedroom and the living room.
On the terrace you will find a table with 4 chairs, a comfortable sofa and 2 sun loungers.the community has 4 large swimming pools (one is heated), communal gardens and direct access to the beach.the property has an air conditioning system (hot/cold), parking space, private internet connection and is situated next to 2 beach restaurants and the beach club of the 5 star hotel Finca Cortesin.
