Trevligt hus med lugnt och bra läge. Bra med privat parkering.
Bra med två badrum. Sköna sängar.
Köket var lite dåligt utrustat. Vi hade bland annat behövt uppläggningsfat och skålar. Vi köpte tillbringare och brödkniv som vi lämnade kvar. Knivarna var dåliga. Dålig lukt på toaletten på första våningen.

El mantenimiento de algunas cosas como la puerta de salida a la playa que solo queda un tornillo que la sujete, los malos olores del baño de abajo imagino que serán problemas de las cañerías de la urbanización

Acceso directo a la playa. A/A en todas las estancias.
La limpieza de la casa.
Plaza de aparcamiento debajo de un pino que acaba el coche con resina que es muy difícil de quitar. Deberían hacer algo al respecto la CP de Manilva Beach.
