Our sunny west facing ground floor flat in Marina Duquesa is located in a front line beach complex in Puerto de la Duquesa, the accommodation has two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and a living room opening onto a sunny terrace, overlooking the pools and the sea.
There is direct access from the terrace to the swimming pools, air conditioning, private WIFI, underground parking with allocated space, direct access to the beach, 24 hour security, a gym, gardens, four swimming pools, 2 paddle tennis courts and it is only a minute walk to the port with its many bars and restaurants.

Great location for the sea front and port
The apartment was difficult to find as the building is a maze of corridors and levels.
The pool outside the apartment was being refurbished and we had noise and dust all day for most of the 2 week stay!
We were not told bout this prior to our visit.
The kitchen needs refurbishing
There were no sunbeds on the terrace as shown in the pictures

We just love the location of this apartment. It's ideally located near all the pools and has a fabulous terrace.
Maybe the interior could do with a bit of modernisation.
