Spacious and very bright two bedroom flat in the centre of Estepona.
It has a bathroom with shower, an open plan kitchen equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, a spacious living room with three sofas (one is a sofa-bed) leading to a large L-shaped terrace from where you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the town and the sea, even Africa and Gibraltar.It has air conditioning, private internet (30Mb fibre optic) and free TV channels via internet in other languages (French, English, German, etc), as well as NETFLIX, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, bus stop, outdoor fitness area for adults, playground for children, etc.
It is located in front of the beach and you can reach the marina on foot in only 7 minutes.
