**Cozy Andalusian Cortijo**
Renovated, ideal for enjoying nature and tranquility without losing connection with the city, located near Coín and the Sierra de las Nieves National Park. 🌿🏡
Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specializing in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This charming Andalusian cortijo, renovated in 2021, offers you an authentic experience in the heart of nature, just 8 km from the urban center of Coín. Surrounded by rural paths perfect for walking and discovering natural landscapes, it is the ideal destination for those seeking tranquility without straying from urban comfort.
Access to the estate includes a 3 km unpaved, compact, and firm road, ideal for suitable vehicles.
Although the accommodation does not currently have a pool, it features ample rural outdoor space with a barbecue area, outdoor furniture, and a children's play area under the shade of the porch, perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches and unforgettable family moments. The house is spread over two floors with a design that preserves the original spirit of the cortijo.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room that connects to an outdoor patio, ideal for cool dinners and evening chats.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing your meals, including a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, kitchenware, and coffee maker, along with a small dining table.
Additionally, this floor has a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and storage space, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, an attic-style space with wooden ceilings and original beams houses the spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and two single beds, separated by curtains, sharing a heat pump air conditioning unit for maximum comfort.
The house is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. The location is another strong point: in a few minutes, you will reach the center of Coín, and in half an hour, you can explore Tolox, within the Sierra de las Nieves National Park.
Furthermore, you are close to multiple attractions: amusement parks, rivers, restaurants, supermarkets, a golf course, and sandy and rocky beaches, perfect for complementing your days of rest and adventure. Don't wait any longer to book your rural getaway! 🌞🌄 As we also do in all other properties of our brand CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, we provide all our accommodations with sets of towels and sheets.
We have cribs and high chairs available upon request for babies aged 0 to 2 years.
And all of this, absolutely FREE. Likewise, guests of CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES can enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT upon request, provided that the booking calendar and scheduled cleaning services allow it. Other notable aspects ★ CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES welcomes you! We are a short-term rental management agency offering carefully selected properties.
The company was founded in 2005 with the mission of offering a quality alternative.
The ratings from our guests across all our accommodations endorse us. You can check this on our profile. Additionally, CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES offers a blog with local recommendations, places to visit, restaurants, and special dates. Do not hesitate to send us your comments (recommendations, requests, etc.). We will do our utmost to ensure your safety and peace of mind. 📌 Booking Conditions 🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection). 🔹 No parties or noise allowed during resting hours. 🔹 Travel insurance is recommended due to potential water restrictions imposed by authorities. ⏰ IMPORTANT: Arrivals after 9:00 PM incur an additional charge, which must be paid upon arrival.
