Cozy Andalusian farmhouse renovated in 2021, located 8 km from the town of Coín, surrounded by country roads where you can walk and very close to natural landscapes where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature without losing contact with the city.



The access road to the farm has three kilometres of unpaved road but compact and firm.



The exterior of the property is rural and is not maintained as if it were a private garden, there is also a swimming pool under construction and without perimeter, so you should keep an eye on the little ones in the house.



The location will allow you to be in a few minutes in the town centre of Coín, you can also reach Tolox in half an hour, which is within the National Park of Sierra de las Nieves.



The exterior of the accommodation (we inform you that at the moment the property does not have a swimming pool) are distributed in two areas. The first, as soon as you enter the accommodation, is used to park two vehicles, the second, taking advantage of the shade of the porch at the entrance of the house, consists of a small children's area, outdoor furniture and a barbecue area so that you can enjoy lunches with this type of preparation.



The accommodation has two floors (it is not a house adapted for people with reduced mobility). The ground floor of the accommodation has a lounge at the entrance, which leads to an outdoor patio prepared for sunbathing or having lunch when the natural shade of the accommodation provides shade. You will enjoy this area, especially in the evening because you can enjoy cool dinners and family chats.



There is also a kitchen with a small dining table, this kitchen has everything you need to prepare your lunches.



A bedroom with a double bed and space to store your luggage neatly. There is air conditioning so that you can cool or heat the room.



Up the staircase, which has kept the original floor and structure, we reach the spacious upper bedrooms, which are in an attic with beautiful wooden ceilings, with the original beams of the farmhouse. These bedrooms are separated by curtains and have two single beds and a double bed, this room has air conditioning with heat pump.



We remind you again that for now, the accommodation does not have a swimming pool.



There is a bathroom with shower on the ground floor of the accommodation.



We inform you that the hosts recommend bringing mineral water for consumption. Although for cooking and showering the available well water is not harmful.
