Cozy renovated Andalusian farmhouse, ideal for enjoying nature and tranquility without losing connection to the city, located near Coín and Sierra de las Nieves National Park. 🌿🏡 Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specializing in vacation rentals since 2005.
This charming Andalusian farmhouse, renovated in 2021, offers you an authentic experience in the heart of nature, just 8 km from the urban center of Coín.
Surrounded by rural paths perfect for walking and discovering natural landscapes, it is the ideal destination for those seeking tranquility without being far from urban comforts.
Access to the property includes a 3 km unpaved, compact, and firm road, ideal for suitable vehicles.
Although the accommodation does not currently have a pool, it features spacious rural exteriors with a barbecue area, outdoor furniture, and a children's area under the shade of the porch, perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches and unforgettable family moments.
The house is distributed over two floors with a design that preserves the original spirit of the farmhouse.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room that connects to an outdoor patio, ideal for cool dinners and evening conversations.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing your meals, including a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, and coffee maker, along with a small dining table.
Additionally, this floor has a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, and storage space, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, a loft-style space with wooden ceilings and original beams houses the spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and two single beds, separated by curtains, sharing air conditioning with a heat pump for maximum comfort.
The house is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The location is another strong point: in a few minutes, you will reach the center of Coín, and in half an hour, you can explore Tolox, within the Sierra de las Nieves National Park.
Furthermore, you are close to multiple attractions: amusement parks, rivers, restaurants, supermarkets, a golf course, and sandy and rocky beaches, perfect for complementing your days of rest and adventure.

La ubicación nos pareció perfecta, estaba en el pueblo pero en zona de campo, un poquito apartada, así q teníamos las comodidades de un casco urbano pero con la tranquilidad del campo. Y la casita muy bonita
