One bedroom has a queen-size bed and an additional sleeping place in the form of a pouf for children. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bathrooms have showers and hairdryers. There is a lift and step-free access.
The open-plan kitchen has a ceramic hob and oven for preparing meals, along with a coffee machine and toaster. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and a dryer add to the convenience. Bed linen and towels are included.
Restaurants are close to the property. A supermarket is approximately 400 m away and the train station approximately 500 m away, both measured in a straight line. Nearby parking is available for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Pets, smoking, events and youth groups are not allowed. Guests under 25 may be required to pay a €350 deposit. Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Guests must present valid identification and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in. The electronic lock opens using a mobile phone. If you check in online, there is no need to visit the office; otherwise, check-in takes place at the CADIZ4RENTALS office at Calle Lázaro Dou 2.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y confortable, lo más lindo es que tienes el mar enfrente con vista desde el balcón y uno de los cuartos. La playa enfrenteEs muy linda. Lo pasamos muy bien, lo único que apuntaría en contra es que no hay muy poco de productos de limpieza y nada de condimentos

Great stay, loved the view and beautiful beach. Nice screens and patio doors mean you can leave them open and enjoy the breeze and sound of the waves. Lots of restaurants and grocery store close by.Parkade was close by but expensive, although I think it’s normal for the area. Apparently there is street parking but we didn’t have any luck.
