The vacation rental is a beautiful stone farmhouse, located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It offers you on the ground floor: a living room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge opening onto the garden. Also on this level: a large bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom (bath and shower) with wc, a storage/laundry room and a separate wc with washbasin. The bedroom and the bathroom have been fitted out for people with mobility difficulties.
Outside, you will enjoy a large garden (not closed) with garden furniture and deckchairs. At the end of the garden, children will love the owners' animals: chickens, horse, pony and a donkey! Private courtyard in front of the house with 2 parking spaces. The gîte is located next to the owners' house and adjoining a building used as a cellar/shed. This gîte also exists in a 6-person version, under the reference 56G2328. At the gates of Auray, Brec'h is a vast town crossed by the Loch river which joins that of Auray to flow into the Gulf of Morbihan. Located a few kilometers from the vacation rental, the Tréauray valley is a green place in which the Loch river becomes a real pond. This valley is a good place for fishing, you will find trout and pike there. Mills, fountains, and rocks line the paths along the river. It is an ideal place for beautiful walks. From the gîte you will be 15 minutes from the expressway for your escapades: Quiberon, Carnac, Vannes, Sarzeau, the Gulf of Morbihan, the Ria d'Etel: many beautiful sites to discover!
