This vacation rental is a comfortable 70 m² chalet located in a private residential park, at the end of a dead end.
It enjoys a beautiful view of the Vilaine river and is located near the port and its shops.
Arranged on one level, it offers you: a living room with equipped kitchen, living room and lounge.
You will also have 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 and 2 beds 90), a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
Outside: a covered wooden terrace with dining table and lounge area, a 120 m² garden (not enclosed) surrounding the chalet and a private parking space.
Access to the residential park is secured by an electric gate. Both the gateway to the estuary and the border between river and ocean, Arzal is home to natural and heritage treasures.
Its port and its dam, its pretty village of Lantiern and its hiking trails make it a discreet parenthesis of calm and well-being. 1 km from the cottage, you can go on a cruise on the Vilaine by boat, electric boat or even kayak.

For swimming, the dozen coves and beaches of Pénestin including that of the Mine d'Or with its ocher cliffs will delight you!

Séjour à Arzal merveilleux. Une semaine de détente, repos et découverte de la région juste magique. Logement très agréable avec une terrasse avec une vue sur la Vilaine fabuleuse. Toujours suivi et conseiller par les sympathiques propriétaire qui vous répondent au moindre besoin.

Un chalet très confortable et bien équipé, un lieu calme et sécurisé avec une vue magnifique, un accès facile pour visiter la région, des activités culturelles et sportives dans les environs et des commerces assez proches. Autrement dit une belle parenthèse estivale qui nous a permis de passer de magnifiques vacances en famille. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Portail accès sécurisé. Environnement très calme. Problème de barbecue qui ne fonctionnait pas. Remplacement dans la journée par un grill. Réactivité de la propriétaire et nous l'a remercions.
