En dejlig ny istandsat bolig med god beliggenhed og rimelige faciliteter. Elevator er et stort aktiv. kæmpe badeværelser, god balkon og terrasse. Stor spiseplads i køkken.

Die Wohnung ist im allgemeinen sehr schön und hat eine schöne Zentrale Lage. Es müssten aber ein paar Möbel getauscht und einiges wieder in Ordnung versetzt werden. ( Sofa unbequem, Wohnzimmertisch defekt. Dusche lose.
Leider war die Beleuchtung in zwei Räumen defekt und konnte nicht repariert werden. ) Auch fehlte es an etwas Reinigungs Material.
