Appartamentino funzionale nel verde

L'appartamento, pur essendo piccolo, é funzionale e adatto ad una famiglia di 4. Un po' piccino per noi 5 con 3 adolescenti. Con una bella terrazza ed una porzione di giardinetto che permettono di mangiare all'aperto. Situato in una località tranquilla e verde. Il mare é facilmente raggiungibile in bicicletta, o a piedi in una ventina di minuti.

Lavatrice vecchia con muffa all'interno e appena l'abbiamo accesa ha fatto una forte botta, ed saltato il coperchio! Un pericolo.
Lavastoviglie continuamente in blocco per problemi di scarsa tensione.
Caldaia che manda acqua calda solo a momenti, impossibile lavare i bambini.
Lo split dell'aria cond...
