The Charming Paseo de los Olmos is a practical studio apartment with capacity for 3 people. It is located on the ground floor of a typical corrrala in Madrid just next to the well known Puerta de Toledo.

- Microwave-oven
- Washing machine
- Refrigerator and freezer
- Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.
Among the amenities of the apartment we also find: Free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels.
AREA
The apartment is located in a privileged area and with good transport links. The Plaza Mayor is 15 minutes walking, Cathedral of La Almudena 17 minutes. If you like nature and you are a sport lover, you can not miss the Madrid Río, a new park built along the Manzanares River that is only 9 minutes walking from the apartment.
HOW TO MOVE
The nearest metro station is Puerta de Toledo (line 5).
THE FINE PRINT
-Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.
-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport upon check-in.
-Events and/or parties are not allowed.
-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.
