The city centers of Bielefeld, Paderborn, Gütersloh, and Detmold, with their many attractions, are just a few minutes away by car. The building was constructed using traditional building materials such as natural stone (which we sourced from the ground), light exterior plaster, brick-red roofs, and natural stone-like floor tiles and parquet flooring.
Modern building technology and sustainability were requirements for us from the outset. Our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home.
The kitchenette is completely fitted with a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and crockery.
In addition to a dining area, the open-plan, modernly furnished living area offers a space with a corner sofa and a 43″ UHD TV. There is also a workspace in the room.
