This spacious house is perfect for a family holiday. Distributed on two levels, it consists of four bedrooms, living room with dining area, kitchen, terrace and two bathrooms. The house is equipped with TV, WIFI and air conditioning. The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and juicer. There is kitchenware and crockery. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, the others have two single beds each. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub. The holiday home has a large private swimming pool and a private terrace with a barbecue area perfect for relaxing in summer.
When booking or wishing to book
A breakage deposit is required.
Check in time is after 16:00
Check-out time is before 10:00
Changeover day: Saturday in high season
No parties or events are allowed.
No smoking inside.
Pets are not allowed.
Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels.
The eco-tax is not included in the price and amounts to 2,20€ per person over 16 years old for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 years old do not pay).
Note: In collaboration with local energy saving incentives, all air-conditioning units are on a timer and are available for up to 12 hours.

Nice clean swimming pool, BBQ area, the kitchen with all necessary appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. and excellent service by preparing a basket with food items when we arrived en by immediately repairing a shower that is not working properly.
