Bright flat on the first floor of a pedestrian alley where you will find a restaurant serving Sicilian specialities.


This flat features bright, well-furnished rooms embellished with exposed wooden beams. The living room is spacious, with a double sofa bed and a dining area. From here you have access to the independent kitchen, equipped with the tools for cooking.

The bedroom, in minimalist style, has a double bed with a steel frame, a wardrobe and an armchair. Two bathrooms with shower complete the flat, one of which has a balcony overlooking the entrance street.

Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also available.

The flat is located in a ZTL area, so we recommend that you leave your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoy the historic centre on foot.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the surrounding area of Syracuse offer everything you could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find beautiful unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to be explored and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.


The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 65 km away, that of Comiso Pio La Torre 110 km. The Syracuse train station is very close to the bus terminal from the airport and 2 km from the flat.
