This beautiful three-story house is located at the iconic corner of Ángeles and Mateos Gago streets, in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, just steps from the magnificent Seville Cathedral.
Upon entering, to the right is the first bedroom with a double bed and windows facing outside, including a private bathroom with a shower.
Continuing down the hallway, stairs lead to the bright first floor featuring three balconies. This level includes the living room with two sofas, armchairs, and a Smart TV, the dining area seating 7-8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The second floor has two bedrooms: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet; the other with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The third and top floor, filled with natural light from large windows, houses the fourth bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This floor also provides access to a spacious private terrace overlooking Ángeles and Mateos Gago streets.
