A small but charming vacation apartment with a separate entrance in a completely quiet location on the outskirts of town.
Just a few steps to the Ulstertal bike path, hiking trail, and cross-country ski track.
Start your day with breakfast on the sunny terrace, with the scent of lavender. Deck chairs and a sun umbrella are also available for your use. The apartment consists of a combined living and kitchen area with an LCD TV, radio, microwave, oven, freezer compartment, toaster, and of course, free Wi-Fi. There is a bedroom and a bathroom (shower, toilet). For rainy days, a DVD player and our small library are available. For the little ones, there are two playgrounds just a few minutes' walk away. Non-smoking apartment.
An ashtray is provided for you on the terrace. Our house is located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of Ehrenberg-Wüstensachsen, in the Rhön Biosphere Reserve and Dark Sky Park.
Whether you enjoy hikes or walks around Wüstensachsen, to Steinkopf, Schafstein, or Wasserkuppe.
A walk through the Rotes or Schwarzes Moor is also recommended.
For those seeking more action, we recommend Wasserkuppe.

The Steinwand – our climbing rock in the Rhön – is also an idyllic spot.
For hot days, a visit to the Wüstensachsen swimming pool or the cold plunge pool is recommended. In winter, with good snow conditions, you can access the cross-country ski track just 2 minutes from your doorstep. Nearby ski lifts are located on Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, or Arnsberg. Baroque city of Fulda (35 min. by car) and bus connections. In our village, you will find a doctor, pharmacy, as well as a pizzeria, two inns, and a café. The nearest ATM is in Hilders. Arrival from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Departure by 10:00 AM Key handover is done in person on-site or contactless upon request. Pets allowed upon request for a fee of €5 per night per animal. Tourist tax: €1 per person/night/from 18 years old. Included: Towels, bed linen, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, heating. A free parking space is available for you. Die Lage am Ortsrand war für uns mit Hund optimal, man ist schnell im Grünen mit herrlichen Wanderwegen. Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und perfekt eingerichtet. Es hat nichts gefehlt und alles war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett.
