The apartment is located in the city center, but at the same time hidden in a quiet corner.
It offers not only moments of relaxation, but also the easy access to the city's attractions and nightlife.
It is located between the two central squares of Chania and everything is within walking distance. It consists of one bedroom with a large double bed, a well-seated living room with sofa-bed, spacious kitchen with dinning table, bathroom with shower and two small balconies. Although in the city center, parking will not be troubled at all. You will not even need your car to discover the city, as its most famous and characteristic points are not more left away. After your reservation you get my phone number and my email, for immediate communication to what you may need. The area is quiet and safe.
Very close are all kinds of shops - commercial, supermarkets, pharmacies, but also many cafes and restaurants.
For the old town you do not have to walk over 10 minutes, while the nearest beach is about 400 meters away. Easy access to Taxi and Public Transportation The apartment has a well equipment kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, all necessary utensils, as well as kettle, coffee - tea and nespresso machine. The living room is modern designed and has a 40 inches smart tv, radio and cd player and a new air condition.
There are also to be found some books, maps, tourist guides and many brochures. The sleeping room has a queen size bed with best quality mattress and a convector for when heating is required. bathroom has a shower cabin and a solar and electrical water heater. It was quite spacious, it had all the required amenities, like hair dryer, flat iron, washing machine, espresso machine, water filter, full kitchenware, television and fast internet.
The building and the room had a "stale" smell that remained even after airing the room for hours.
The bathroom was small and the shower cabin was really extra small, for someone tall like me, or older people with mobility issues it is really uncomfortable and borderline dangerous.

Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, do dyspozycji pralka, żelazko, deska do prasowania. Wygodne łóżko.
Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Ok 15-20 min spacerem od dworca i od centrum.
Do morza i do najbliższych lokali nad wodą ok 7 min spacerem.
