Pure luxury in Kampen on Sylt! No minimum stay! Bookings from 1 night! Enjoy the beautiful, wide view of the dunes from your flat. The living room with new, modern, electric sofa bed and cosy dining area has a flatscreen TV. The kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, WMF coffee filter machine, espresso machine (Nespresso), kettle and toaster are a matter of course. The double bedroom (160 x 200cm) has high-quality joinery fittings with generous storage space for your wardrobe and a flatscreen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. There are 2 Sonos speakers that can be operated with your smartphone. On the adjoining terrace there is a beach chair and a garden set (only available seasonally), here you can end the day comfortably with a glass of wine and an unobstructed view of the dunes (south-facing). There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Smoking is not permitted in this property. One well-behaved dog is permitted by prior arrangement (€10 per pet/day).

Please note that the wellness area will be renovated in spring/summer 2024 and cannot be used. There may be noise and construction site-related restrictions.

The beds are always made and two shower towels, two hand towels, a shower mat, a kitchen towel per person are available.
You can rent any other linen package from us in the office for € 28 per item, it is also possible to rent individual items such as towels or pillows.

The holiday flat participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner programme, which means you get the bus tickets for free. You can use them to travel all over the island during your stay.
