Appartement bien agencé en centre ville, lumineux, disposant à la fois d'un parking couvert privé et d'une belle
terrasse.
Accès piéton immédiat au centre ville.
Seul bémol : la circulation nocturne fenêtres ouvertes par temps très chaud..
L'idéal serait la climatisation.

Appartement agréable proche centre ville et le plus il y a un parking .
Terrasse après travaux ,pas de séparation avec voisins,très gros bacs fleurs non remis en place et non nettoyés. Raynures et rebords des portes fenêtres non nettoyés depuis longtemps.
