Well-located apartment in the Østerbro neighborhood close to both train and Metro.
The apartment consists of:
Hall, combined living room / dining room, kitchen, combined toilet / bathroom, 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 x 200 cm)
The apartment's facilities include:
WiFi, TV with NO channels but with AppleTV, combined washing machine, / clothes dryer and washing machine.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a building without an elevator.
We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.

Østerbro is a very nice neighborhood known for its shopping, good cafés and specialty shops. Copenhagen’s largest park, Fælledparken, is nearby and it is the meeting point for folk festivals and the city's carneval during Pentecost.
At the Danish national stadium "Parken" you can occasionally enjoy concerts when national or international football isn't on the venue. Within walking distance from the apartment you will find an open-air pool, a beach park and Svanemøllen train station.

It was a nice quiet place. However, the amount of cleaning required by the guest does not at all just icy a 175€ cleaning fee.

Would stay again. Clean apartment, close proximity to the metro and within the city center. My only suggestion is to keep the washer/dryer door open as it’s a front loader and have the property staff deodorize/clean it, or leave tips/supplies so a renter can do it during their stay, as our clothes were clean but smelled like mold.
