Here is a completely newly built house with space for 5 persons - ideal for a family. There is a terrace, yard and toys for children here. The house is 95 m2 and located close to the Sundby Metro station, which will take you to downtown Copenhagen in about 10 minutes. The house consists of: Large combined living room / dining room / kitchen, bed room 1 with double bed 180 x 200, bed room 2 with a junior bunk bed 85 x 200. Bed room 3 with a loft bed 130 x 200, where you get to the loft bed by ladder / steps.

There is also a 130 x 200 cm loft bed in the living room where you get to the loft bed by ladder. Bathroom with shower. The apartment's facilities include: WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV without channels but with AppleTV so you can stream. Free private parking right outside the house and right at the entrance to the garden there is a large covered bicycle parking lot that guests can use. We are often very flexible for earlier check in or at least to drop luggage from 10:30AM, if it’s possible on the day, depending on departure of the previous guest.
