Ses Cases Noves is a finca with a fantastic, fully renovated old house, a swimming pool, parking, garden, lawn, and impressive sea and mountain views, located in one of Mallorca's best paradises: the beautiful and tranquil village of Banyalbufar. The house is situated in a privileged location at the crossroads of the stunning Serra de Tramuntana mountains, recently declared a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the beautiful, tranquil, and seemingly endless Mediterranean Sea. Within a two-minute walk, you will have access to the area's best cafes and restaurants, and in a ten-minute walk, you can reach the beautiful Banyalbufar beach, nestled on a spectacular cliff face with its always refreshing sweet waterfall.

If you prefer, you can also reach the beach by car in just three minutes.

From there, you can also walk to the small Sa Galera beach, about a ten-minute walk along a small path. And if you are a nature lover, enjoying hiking or cycling, you have everything right at the doorstep of your new home, and you can multiply your options with short trips to the equally beautiful neighboring villages of Estellencs, Deià, Valldemossa, and Sóller, among others. And all of this is located just 25 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca (30 minutes by car), with its ever-majestic monumental buildings such as La Seu (the Cathedral), Almudaina Palace, S'Hort del Rei gardens, and Bellver Castle. And after a busy day, relax at your house by the pool with beautiful sea views and in good company, enjoying your favorite drinks and a delicious dinner, cooked on the barbecue or in the house's modern kitchen.

And then, simply enjoy one of the best sunsets on the island right at home, allowing you to delay nightfall as much as possible. Detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine, as well as toilet paper, hand soap, and charcoal for the barbecue are provided in the house.

You will also find beach towels so you don't have to pack them.

You can enjoy a ping pong table during your stay for entertainment. In winter, you will find 6 bags of pellets for the heating system.

If you need more, you can purchase them at the house itself. Information to consider: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property.

Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016).

Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
