Ses Cases Noves is a property with a fantastic, completely renovated old house, swimming pool, parking, garden, lawn, and breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, in one of Mallorca's best paradises: the beautiful and tranquil village of Banyalbufar.
The house is located in a prime spot at the crossroads of the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana mountains, recently declared a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the beautiful, calm, and seemingly endless Mediterranean Sea.
Within a two-minute walk, you'll have the best cafes and restaurants in the area at your disposal, and within a ten-minute walk, you'll reach the beautiful Banyalbufar beach, situated on a spectacular cliff with its ever-refreshing, sweet waterfall.
If you prefer, you can also reach the beach by car in just three minutes.
From there, you can also walk to the small Sa Galera beach, about a ten-minute walk along a small path. And if you are a nature lover, enjoy hiking or cycling, everything is right at the doorstep of your new home.
You can multiply your possibilities with short trips to the also very beautiful neighboring villages of Estellencs, Deià, Valldemossa, and Sóller, among others. And all of this is located just 25 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca (30 minutes by car), with its always majestic monumental buildings such as La Seu (the Cathedral), Almudaina Palace, the S'Hort del Rei gardens, and Bellver Castle. And after a busy day, relax at your house with the swimming pool and beautiful sea views.

If you need more, you can purchase them at the house itself. Information to consider: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours.
The guest must collect the new keys from our office. On the day of departure, there must be no trash left in the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016); therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send you an online registration link for the check-in of all guests. *We are not responsible for any construction work that may begin during your stay in the surrounding area.
