Ses Cases Noves is a property with a fantastic, fully renovated old house, pool, parking, garden, lawn, and stunning sea and mountain views, located in one of Mallorca's finest paradises: the beautiful and tranquil village of Banyalbufar.
The house is situated in a privileged location at the crossroads of the beautiful Serra de Tramuntana mountains, recently declared a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Mediterranean Sea, which is beautiful, serene, and seemingly endless.
Within a two-minute walk, you will have access to the best cafes and restaurants in the area, and in a ten-minute walk, you can reach the beautiful Banyalbufar beach, nestled on a spectacular cliffside with its ever-refreshing freshwater waterfall.
If you prefer, you can also reach the beach by car in just three minutes.
From there, you can also walk to the small beach of Sa Galera, about a ten-minute stroll along a small path. And if you are a nature lover, enjoying hiking or cycling, you have it all right at your doorstep.
You can multiply your options with short trips to the equally beautiful neighboring villages of Estellencs, Deià, Valldemossa, and Sóller, among others. All of this is located just 25 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca (a 30-minute drive), with its always majestic monumental buildings such as La Seu (the Cathedral), Almudaina Palace, the S'Hort del Rei gardens, and Bellver Castle. And after a busy day, relax at your home with the pool and beautiful sea views, enjoying your favorite drinks and a delicious dinner in good company, prepared either on the barbecue or in the house's modern kitchen.
Afterwards, simply enjoy one of the best sunsets on the island from the comfort of your home, allowing you to delay the onset of nightfall. The house is stocked with dishwasher and washing machine detergent, toilet paper, hand soap, and charcoal for the barbecue.
You will also find beach towels, so you don't need to pack them.
During your stay, you can enjoy a ping pong table for entertainment. In winter, you will find 6 bags of pellets for the heating system.
If you need more, you can purchase them at the property. Important Information: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the day of check-out, no trash should be left on the property.
Guests are required to remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandated by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
