On the ground floor, you will find a large living area with an open-plan kitchen, lounge, dining area, a double bedroom (140x190 cm bed) with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom (2 x 90x200 cm beds that can be made into a double bed), 2 shower rooms (shower + sink), and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a double bedroom (140x190 cm bed), 2 triple bedrooms (140x190 cm bed + 90x190 cm bed on mezzanine), a relaxation lounge with a sofa bed, a master bedroom (2 x 90x200 cm beds that can be made into a double bed + baby cot), and a toilet with a sink.
Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, umbrella, sun loungers, barbecue, a carport, private parking, and a fenced courtyard and garden.
All utilities are included in the price of your stay, beds will be made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
For recharging electric vehicles, an additional charge of €6 per charge will be requested.
Located 15 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park and a few minutes from the lakes, come and stay with family or friends in this spacious half-timbered house, typical of the region, and enjoy its large spaces for convivial moments.
Heating, electricity, sheets, household linen (tea towels/tablecloth), and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
Towels and pet supplement are extra.

Les 13 filles
Un très belle propriété et très bien entretenue. Une grande maison très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien.Nous avons passé un très bon week-end entres filles. Près du lac de la forêt d'Orient pour faire une belle balade! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Super séjour avec enfants et petits-enfants pour l'anniversaire de mon mari. Très bon accueil et prestations au top. Spacieux, coquet et très bien équipé, y compris jeux, jouets et bibliothèque. Si l'occasion se représente, nous y retournerons sans hésitation. A recommander !
