Aussicht und bei genügend Schnee direkt von der Piste vor die Liegenschaft fahren. Perfekt. Etwas abgelegenes Quartier, schön ruhig, ins Zentrum für Einkauf und Ausgang benötigt man den Bus (Haltestelle wenige Hundert Meter entfernt) oder geht rund 15 Minuten zu Fuss.
