This space is furnished with a large sofa, SAT TV and incorporates a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a Mokka coffee machine, and a fridge Sleeping Bedroom 1: A bright bedroom furnished with a stylish double bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 2: A second double bedroom is furnished with a vintage-style bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3: A comfy twin bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Bathroom Bathroom 1: A full bathroom with a shower, WC and bidet. Bathroom 2: An external bathroom with a shower and WC, with access from the garden area. Additional • Pets Allowed (only small-sized) • Free Wi-Fi • High chair and Cot • 3 Sun Loungers • Private Parking Space • Private Garden • Rooftop Solarium - Washing machine Extra Charges If necessary, costs for heating in wintertime or when necessary because of climate must be paid on the spot.

La cosa più bella la vicinanza al mare, consiglierei i condizionatori in tutte le camere da letto considerato che il costo dell’energia elettrica è a carico degli ospiti e magari una doccia esterna
