Less than 50 km south-east of Bordeaux, between the vineyards and the Garonne, Le Pian sur Garonne offers a beautiful view of the valley.
This is where this charming old house is located, renovated during 2020-2021. It can accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a family stay, and has all the necessary comfort: 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels provided.
The house
With a surface area of 70 m², this pretty old house is spread over 2 levels as follows
Ground floor
- A living room of 25 m² composed of a lounge and a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The fireplace is not usable. - A family kitchen of 12 m² fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, gas cooker with hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine... A central table allows you to have your breakfasts in all tranquillity. - A shower room with washbasin and towel rail - A storeroom - Separate WC - A master suite with dressing room, adjoining shower room (Italian shower, washbasin, towel rail) and WC. Floor - Attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), with a small window The house has storage cupboards in each room, and an umbrella bed is also available if needed. The walls of the house are thick (old construction). Exterior : A tiled front door, shaded by a large lime tree, is furnished with a round table, chairs and garden bench for your outdoor dining desires! South-west exposure. Neighbourhood In this charming village of about 900 inhabitants, you will enjoy a total disconnection in the countryside: no immediate neighbours, vineyards around, etc. Shops: bakery and pastry shop 50m away.
In Saint-Macaire, a small medieval village 2 km away, you will find restaurants, a pharmacy, a doctor, a mini-market, a bakery, a newspaper shop, a hairdresser and a dentist. Your local contact will be happy to advise you on the best addresses! Langon at 6km: large shopping centres (shopping mall, etc) Many possible activities in the area: - Wine country - Medieval village of Saint-Macaire - Verdelais - Château Malagar (François Mauriac) - Château Malromé (Toulouse Lautrec) - The Bastides circuit - Hiking trails (pedestrian - mountain bike, ...) - Vineyards of Graves, Sauternais and Entre deux Mers - Arcachon, Dune du Pila at 90 km - Saint-Emilion at 40 km - Bordeaux at 45 km - Lake Hostens at 30 km: supervised swimming Transport A car is essential to stay here. Très bon séjour une hôte adorable très attentive au bien être de ses visiteurs. Fidèle au descriptif et surtout tout est là ( lavé vaisselle , lave linge , ect…) je recommande les yeux fermés et surtout j’y retournerai.

Le logement était agréable et notre hôte a été adorable. Comme si on arrivait dans notre famille. Des petites attentions San le frigo, des œufs frai du poulailler, le calme de la campagne, une grande chambre très confortable avec un super matelas! Je recommande vraiment cet endroit!

Une belle surprise assez rare, des ingredients de bases a dispo dans le frigo , rafraichissement , lait gateaux
Tres calme au milieu des vignes et des producteurs de vins
C'est un detail , mais des ampoules un peu plus puissante dans le salon et la cuisine , car en hiver c'est un peu juste pour lire.
