The house has a special history: the legendary "Marburger Märchenfrau" (Marburg Fairytale Woman), née Elisabeth Schellenberg, known for sharing fairytales like Cinderella and The Golden Bird with the Brothers Grimm, demonstrably lived with her family in this very house.

The alley leads up from the Lahn Bridge and the modern center, less than a two-minute walk away (with a Cineplex cinema, shops, restaurants, bakeries, bus stop, ATMs, etc. in close proximity), to the Dominican Gate, the so-called University Church. However, five minutes away on foot, you can park your car in the Media Markt parking garage for €7 per day, provided you do not move your car. Parkhaus Erlenring-Center Erlenring 19, 35037 Marburg Garden Pension Harmony offers all guests an idyllic garden with seating areas for relaxation. Bicycle racks are also available there. * We cannot assume liability for the bicycles. A 100% prepayment may be charged one week before arrival. Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge.
Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Payment is by bank transfer or EC card. Check-in from 2 PM to 12 AM. Check-out by 10 AM. On weekends, until 11 AM. Key handover is done personally on-site / via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. Baby cot: available. Catering options: Breakfast.

Die Lage kann man von zwei Seiten betrachten, die Nähe zur Oberstadt ist touristisch gesehen positiv, allerdings in der Nacht auch extrem laut.
