Nice flat for 5 persons, in first line of beach in Ca'n Picafort, perfect for a holiday in Majorca.
This nice flat, renovated 3 years ago, is located on the first floor of a building without lift.
It can accommodate up to 5 persons in one of the 3 bedrooms: there are 2 double bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and the other one with two 90 cm beds) and 1 single bedroom with a 90 cm bed, 1 complete bathroom, 1 toilet and a big living-dining-room with satellite TV, DVD and WIFI.
Air-conditioned since 2023!
The kitchen has all the utensils and electrical appliances (fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc) necessary during your well-deserved holidays.
From the 10-metre terrace you can enjoy the Mediterranean, contemplate the intense turquoise blue of its waters and the marvellous sunsets.
There are three electric radiators in the flat.
There are two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the corridor of the bedrooms.
The flat is situated in a block with more neighbours, please respect the neighbours' rest.
The flat has an excellent situation in front of the beach, but at the same time it is situated in the centre of Ca'n Picafort, very close to supermarkets, shops of all kinds, bars, restaurants and leisure places (water sports, children's areas and night life).

From May to October, it has a cost of 2.20€ per person, from 16 years old and over, per night.
From November to April, it costs 0.55€ per person, from 16 years old and over, per night.

El apartamento muy amplio, limpio y con todo lo que se puede necesitar de menaje. Espectacular vista a la playa y al paseo, la playa está tan cerca que desde el salón parece que estás en un crucero.
Los propietarios muy atentos e incluso nos dijeron sitios para comer o cenar.
