The living area has a large dining room with a large table, a sideboard with glass cabinet, a double sofa bed, and a spacious independent kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and oven.

The flat also has two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub, and a bright study with wardrobe, two single beds and a double sofa bed.

A delightful terrace equipped with a parasol, a large table and chairs embellishes this beautiful property, perfect for a family group or a group of friends who want to experience the unique atmosphere of a neighbourhood with a French flavour, quiet and green, but very close to the centre.
