Set amidst a 5,000 m² plot on the outskirts of Gotha in a peaceful location, Burg Romantik stands out in all its majestic grandeur. In the spacious rooms, furnished with traditional Baroque furniture in Michael Amini’s extraordinary design, you feel transported back to a time when splendour and grandeur played a special role. All rooms feature a terrace or balcony overlooking the greenery of the nearby Seeberg Nature Reserve. In the exclusive ‘Bernsteinoase’ on the second floor, complete with a sauna and relaxation area, you enter a beautiful part of the castle designed for relaxation and well-being. The restaurant for hotel guests is located in the adjacent Landhaus Romantik, on the same plot of land.

Our castle rooms will enchant you with their sumptuous king-size beds and let you sleep as if you were in seventh heaven. The wooden furniture, crafted with great attention to detail, is adorned with marble and features elegantly carved curves and ornamentation. Each room has its own unique charm and captivates with its romantic beauty and character.
The castle rooms facing the garden have a living area of approx. 34–39 square metres. The rooms are adorned with elegant wallpaper and decorated in harmonious colours. They feature a cosy seating area, a separate desk, a flat-screen TV, a telephone, an Ethernet connection, a spacious terrace and an elegant bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a hairdryer. Use of the car parks on the hotel grounds is included in the room rate.
