Tourist tax: EUR2.10 per person per day. Shopping facilities 0.5 km away, various restaurants 0.2–0.5 km away. Information for smokers: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or on the balcony. Smokers can smoke in the covered stairwell and use the ashtrays provided there. Up to 45 days before departure 10%, minimum $25.00; up to 30 days before departure 25%; up to 22 days before departure 50%; thereafter 80%; in case of no-show 90%. The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly in this regard. The prices quoted do not include visitor's tax. The local visitor's tax must be paid on site.

An- und Abreiseregelung
Arrival must take place between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please arrange your arrival time with the landlord in advance. Departure must take place by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
