Dogs up to 30 cm shoulder height allowed on request (EUR 5.00 per day + EUR 15.00 cleaning fee), Wi-Fi free of charge. Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60 % of the rental price; up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price; thereafter 100 % of the rental price; in case of no-show also 100 % of the rental price. The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly in this regard. The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site.

Arrival from 2 pm/ Departure 11 am or by telephone by arrangement. Please always contact the landlord in good time before your arrival to discuss the arrival time.

Our holiday flat and holiday home with separate entrances are quietly located in a secluded property in Erfurt-Bischleben. The 74 square metre flat offers a combined living room/bedroom (sofa bed) with open-plan kitchen and two separate bedrooms. The holiday home offers 4 bedrooms (1 x with 2 single beds & 3 x with French bed), a living room with sofa bed and a cosy kitchen on two floors. A free car parking space is available on the property. There are good public transport connections by city bus and train (6 min. to the main railway station). There is a bakery, butcher, supermarket and pub in the immediate vicinity. An idyllic seating area in the green invites you to barbecue. Erfurt-Bischleben is a convenient starting point for activities, e.g. hikes, bike tours, walks.

The whole family can relax in this barrier-free holiday flat. You can use public transport to get around - the train station is just 200 metres away. In about 5 minutes you can reach the city centre, where Erfurt life pulsates. All our flats are family and age-appropriate.


74 sqm for up to 4 people: two separate bedrooms for 2 people each, a newly renovated bathroom with spacious shower, a separate toilet with washing facilities, a large living room with open-plan kitchen, towels, bed linen and final cleaning included, fully equipped kitchen with inventory, spacious terrace as a quiet seating and barbecue area, a cosy sofa bed for another 2 people in the living room, parking space in the enclosed property. Pets are welcome on request.
