Dogs up to 30 cm at the shoulder are permitted on request (EUR 5.00 per day + EUR 15.00 cleaning fee); free Wi-Fi. Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price; up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price; thereafter 100% of the rental price; in the event of a no-show, 100% of the rental price will also be charged. The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly regarding this.
The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The local tourist tax must be paid on site.

Unsere Ferienwohnung und Ferienhaus mit separaten Eingängen liegen ruhig im abgeschlossenen Grundstück in Erfurt-Bischleben. Die 74 qm große Wohnung bietet einen kombinierten Wohn-/Schlafraum (Ausziehcouch) mit offener Küche sowie zwei separate Schlafzimmer. Das Ferienhaus bietet auf seinen zwei Etagen 4 Schlafzimmer (1 x mit 2 Einzelbetten & 3 x mit französischem Bett), ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch sowie eine gemütliche Küche. Ein kostenloser PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Es besteht eine gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung durch Stadtbus und Bahn (6 min. bis Hauptbahnhof). In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Bäcker, Fleischer, Supermarkt und Gaststätte. Eine idyllische Sitzecke im Grünen lädt zum Grillen ein. Erfurt-Bischleben ist ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten, z.B. Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren, Spaziergänge.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Super Anbindung mit der Bahn. Vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft wie beschrieben 4min Fußweg und mit der Bahn in 5 Minuten in Erfurt
Ruhige Lage. Schöne Umgebung zum spazieren gehen und wandern.
