The two rooms, each with a shower, toilet and kitchenette, are situated in the landlords’ detached house in a very quiet location, right next to the ‘Park an der Ilm’, a 7-minute walk from the market. The rooms are approximately 24 m² in size; both have a separate entrance, and a TV and radio are provided. One room – with a small garden terrace – is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m wide). In the second room, the beds can also be arranged as single beds. Non-smokers preferred. Parking is available in front of the house.
