Information about the host
Our beautiful vacation apartment is located in a small complex (with its own parking lot) on the Buchenhöhe on the Obersalzberg at an altitude of about 1000 meters. The apartment is about 56 square meters and has a balcony with magnificent views of the mountains and a large terrace with garden area. You have access to the terrace from the bedroom and living room. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. There is a washing machine in the laundry room.

Environment description
You are directly in the nature. The Buchenhöhe is an ideal starting point for many excursion destinations and sights such as the documentation Obersalzberg, the Kehlsteinhaus, the Rossfeld panoramic road with unique views wonderful hikes and much more... Down in the valley is the beautiful town of Berchtesgaden with many offers of shopping, recreation and events as well as refreshments.

The mentioned prices are plus spa tax in the amount of EUR 3,10 for adults, EUR 1,55 for children/youth from 7 to 16 years and EUR 0,00 for children from 0 - 6 years per person and day of stay (subject to change).Deposits and final payment only by bank transfer. Deposit of 100,- Euro is to be paid on the spot.

Arrival Description
You drive from the main station Berchtesgaden over the traffic circle onto the B305. Follow the Bergwerkstraße in the direction of Salzburg/Maria Gern. After approx. 377m turn right onto Salzbergstraße (B319) in the direction of Buchenhöhe/Obersalzberg. After approx. 3.64 km, take the 2nd exit Salzbergstraße at the traffic circle. After approx. 1km turn sharp right onto the B999 towards Buchenhöhe, after 64m turn left onto Klaushöhe. After 277m turn left towards Buchenhöhe! In the village Buchenhöhe is our apartment complex directly next to the Alpenresidenz Buchenhöhe.to the apartment you go up the stairs. The parking lot C104 is in front of the hotel.

Description of the accommodation
In our vacation apartment there is 1 bedroom with a double bed 180 cm x 200cm and a foldaway bed. In the living room is a spacious corner bench and a sofa bed for 2 people In the closet wall is a flat screen TV, DVD -player, radio, board games, books hiking material and dishes.In the bathroom we have a bathtub inclusiv towels.For our little guests we provide a baby crib and 1 children. In the whole accommodation we provide free wifi.
