Welcome to the charming town of Ramonville-Saint-Agne! Located only a few minutes from Toulouse, we are ready to bet that you will appreciate its city centre bordered by the Canal du Midi and the many activities it offers: hiking, leisure areas, visits to castles, etc.
During this stay, we suggest you stay in this beautiful 50 m² flat with a spacious living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony to enjoy a good meal outside!
The flat:
Located on the 4th floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A beautiful bright living room equipped with a fan with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed and armchairs, a coffee table as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo pod coffee maker...
Night area:
- A bright bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
For more comfort, a fan is at your disposal. - A bathroom with a bathtub, a large washbasin, a washing machine and storage space. - Separate WC. Outside : - A balcony of 10 m², facing south-east fitted out with a cosy space with a two-seater bench, two armchairs and a table to have an aperitif in the sun as well as a dining area with a folding table for 4 people. Nearby: - Château de Soule located 3.8km away (7 min by car). - Cité de l'Espace at 6.7 km (10 min by car). - Toulouse located at 9 km (15 by car or public transport). - La Ramée leisure centre 19 km away (24 min by car). - Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées Ariégeoises located at 91 km (1h by car). Activities : Ramonville Saint-Agne, close to the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean and a stone's throw from Toulouse, welcomes you for a stay or a visit. The town has several parks and leisure areas, in particular the Parc de Cinquante along the Canal du Midi (picnic area, leisure area, fitness trail, educational farm, etc.). The Port Sud marina is also worth a visit, very close to the Canal du Midi.
Don't hesitate to visit the must-see sites: the Soule castle, the Saint-Agne church in Gleize-Vieille... For nature lovers, 340 kms of walking and hiking trails have been laid out in the south-east of Toulouse! Not forgetting the beautiful city of Toulouse, only a few minutes away by public transport! Transport : - Bike rental. - Metro station Ramonville-Saint-Agne (line B) 50 m walk from the residence, direction Toulouse. - Buses and Tisseo shuttles serving Toulouse and surrounding towns from Ramonville-Saint-Agne. - Montaudran train station located 6 km away (10 min by car) and Toulouse train station located 8.5 km away (13 min by car). - Toulouse airport is 20.7 km away (22 min by car). Neighbourhood : The flat is located in a pleasant residential area on the edge of a pedestrian street, which gives it a very pleasant tranquility! At the bottom of the residence, you will find a children's playground, a small bowling alley and an adjoining park with trees.
Finally, it will be easy for you to reach all the necessary amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, chemist's shop, fast food, restaurant, bar, market... Other remarks : - One room is locked with the owners' personal belongings, so it is not available. - Secured by an electric gate, a private parking space is available.

Le Dolto Excellente communication avec l'agence pour les 2 fois où je les ai contacté et arrangeant sur l'heure d'arrivée. Le logement n'est pas dans le plus beau lieu de Toulouse, mais on accède au centre ville en moins de 10 min grâce au métro.
