Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Enjoy a private balcony and both covered and open terraces, furnished with lounge seating where you can relax and take in the views.
The villa also offers a private garden, a hot tub (heated on request and available for an additional fee), and a barbecue for outdoor cooking.
The hot tub is recommended between April and October due to weather conditions. Thanks to the villa’s convenient location, all essential services are easily accessible on foot or by car. The nearest restaurant is just a 7-minute walk away (671 m), and the supermarket is a 4-minute drive (2.2 km). The beautiful Li Baietti Beach is a 7-minute drive (3 km). Olbia Airport is about 1 hour and 26 minutes by car (81.9 km). Parking is available on the property.
Pets are allowed on request and for an additional fee. Events are permitted.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request for an additional fee per item and per stay.

Die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin und das unkomplizierte ein- und auschecken. Jacousie. Die Terrasse mit Liegen und andere Plätze mit Stühlen die man nutzen kann. Willkommens Wein Stand auf dem Tisch.
Küchen Utensilien (teilweise), keine eigene Ausendusche wie eigentlich beschrieben. Keine Mückengitter in den Fenstern.
