The flat: Located on the 1st floor, accessible by a staircase, the accommodation is composed as follows: Day area: - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests. - A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
Sleeping area: - A spacious bedroom with a Queen-Size bed, large wardrobes and a bathroom open to the bedroom with a bathtub, a washbasin, a hairdryer and toiletries to start the stay. - Separate toilet.
Exterior: - A large balcony of approximately 8m², furnished with 3 armchairs and a sun lounger.

Emplacement, propreté, baignoire, stationnement, choix et qualité du mobilier, rapport qualité prix
Très mauvaise odeur du lave-linge (qui se trouve dans la chambre/salle de bains), chantier en cours à proximité immédiate, dépôt de garantie débité plus élevé que le prix de la location, difficultés pour payer la réservation qui ne peut pas se faire directement sur bookin

L'appartement est très stylé ( hauteur de plafond et baies vitrees), bien décoré, lumineux, fonctionnel et idéalement situé.
Carole, la responsable de la conciergerie nous a très bien accueillie et s'est rendue disponible.
Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Bel endroit, avec tout le nécessaire.
Logement lumineux au calme et à la fois proche du centre.
Bien équipé et bien décoré,
Pas de salle de bain séparé puisque baignoire dans la chambre.
