This lovely holiday home is located in the Hagbügerl holiday village on the outskirts of Waldmünchen.
The town center with many shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Hagbügerl, a holiday resort to feel good in! For the younger guests, there is a beautiful playground, a football pitch, and a barbecue area in the holiday resort.
An inn tempts with delicious food (for a fee). The holiday home, built in wood construction, type 3D, is a 2-room maisonette apartment house for max. 4 people (approx. 50 sqm, 1 cot for a toddler up to 2 years can be booked). On the ground floor: Living room with sofa, color TV, dining area for 4 people, kitchenette with electric stove (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine), Shower room/WC, storage room, exit to the furnished terrace. On the upper floor (accessible via stairs from the living room): open gallery with a cozy-looking slanted ceiling, with a double bed and an additional double sofa bed, another WC. Non-smoking house, please only smoke on the terrace. Pets are allowed in this house. Board: Self-catering Breakfast or half board available in our holiday village restaurant. Included in the rental price: Our guests have free and unrestricted access to the swimming area of the Aqua-Fit adventure pool in Waldmünchen daily (except on rest and maintenance days)! Use of the sauna area is possible from the age of 16 for an additional charge. Leisure activities: There are numerous mountain bike tours and long-distance cycling routes for ambitious athletes or connoisseurs.
Explore the beauty of this region on hiking boots, with Nordic walking poles, or in jogging shoes. Try something new with e-bikes for absolute pleasure cyclists, or Segway tours. The nearby "Erlebnisraum Perlsee" offers many interesting recreational opportunities.
There you will find a lido with a lake restaurant and pedal boat rental, a mini-golf course, the high ropes course, the "Räuberhöhle" (Robber's Cave) playground, and much more. Riding lessons are possible all year round at the riding school on the Perlsee.
