The beautiful holiday home is located in the Hagbügerl holiday village on the outskirts of Waldmünchen.
The town center with its many shops and restaurants can be reached via a footpath in 15 minutes. Hagbügerl, a holiday resort to feel good in! For the young guests, there is a nice playground, a football pitch, and a barbecue area in the holiday resort.
A guesthouse tempts with delicious food (for a fee). The holiday home, built in wood construction, type 3D, is a 2-room maisonette apartment house for max. 4 people (approx. 50 sqm, a cot for a toddler up to 2 years old can be booked). On the ground floor: living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, color TV, dining area for 4 people, kitchenette with electric stove (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine), shower room/WC, storage room, exit to the furnished terrace. Upstairs (accessible via stairs from the living room): open gallery with a double bed and a cozy sloping ceiling, an additional WC. Non-smoking house, we kindly ask you to smoke only on the terrace. Pets are allowed in this house. Board: Self-catering Breakfast or half board can be booked at our holiday village restaurant. Included in the rental price: Our guests have free and unrestricted daily access to the bathing area of the Aqua-Fit adventure pool in Waldmünchen (except on rest and maintenance days)! Use of the sauna landscape is possible for ages 16 and over for an additional charge. Leisure activities: There are numerous mountain bike tours and long-distance cycle paths for ambitious athletes or those who enjoy a leisurely ride.
Explore the beauty of this region on hiking boots, with Nordic walking poles, or in jogging shoes. Try something new with e-bikes, perfect for pure pleasure cyclists, or Segway tours. The nearby "Erlebnisraum Perlsee" offers many interesting leisure activities.
Here you will find a lakeside beach with a restaurant and pedal boat rental, a mini-golf course, the high ropes course, the "Räuberhöhle" playground, and much more. Riding lessons are available year-round at the riding school on the Perlsee.
Anglers can also pursue their passion at the lake. The Waldmünchner holiday region also offers a varied children's holiday program, ensuring there is something great for every child.
