Ideally located in Sévrier and only 10 minutes' drive from the centre of Annecy, just a few hundred metres from the lake, hidden beaches with crystal-clear waters (ask your welcomer for advice!


This studio has a beautiful living room with lake view, a quality double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, pressure cooker, etc) open onto the living area, a dining table. Spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine, washbasin and separate WC.


The property is located on the 2nd floor without lift, parking space in front of the residence, cellar for bikes or personal equipment.

A deposit of €800 will be made via a bank pre-authorisation. A link will be sent by email from the server of our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting the bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.



Beds will be made up on arrival according to the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing-up tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc, etc.) are included in the price, as well as cleaning at the end of your stay.

We can provide a BB cot and high chair free of charge on request.

About Sevrier:


The flat is located 6 minutes' walk from the edge of Lac de Sevrier, close to numerous sporting activities: sailing club, rowing, kayaking, tennis, scuba diving, rowing, cycle path, pedalo hire, boats, etc.


Close to a wide range of shops (bakery, greengrocers, supermarket, delicatessen, post office, bank, pharmacy, etc.)


Sevrier is a town on a human scale at the gateway to Annecy and its surrounding area. Nestling between the pristine waters of the lake and the verdant slopes of the Semnoz, Sevrier offers a wide range of pleasures: water sports with its many water sports activities (the beach and the recently refurbished harbour area), cycling with the cycle path and the climbs to the Col de Leschaux and the Semnoz, cultural pleasures with the discovery of the Lake Annecy Ecomuseum and the Paccard Museum.


As for water sports, the town was awarded the "France Station Nautique" label in 2013 (extract from the annecy tourisme website).

This trail starts from the Berger Nordic area, passes behind the Chatillon restaurant and runs along the "Bûcherons" green alpine trail. It leads up to the Alpages de Vial, located on the plateau at the top of the resort.

Circuit des 3 Lacs (6 km) This trail is located in the Plateau Nordic sector, at the top of the resort. It can be accessed from the Courant d'Ere restaurant.
