It offers: an entrance with storage, a living room with a lounge, lounge, and small kitchen (microwave/combination oven), and a sleeping area (1 double bed) separated largely by a beautiful glass roof.
You will also have a bathroom with toilet and a balcony with garden furniture.
Outside, you will enjoy a private parking space.
The studio is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a 3-story residence comprising 24 apartments, it is located in the heart of a residential neighborhood.

Séjour agréable, immeuble calme et propre. Randonnée et grande surface a proximité Salle de bain grande et bien équipé. Literie fatigué, une hôte aspirante serait la bien venue ainsi qu'une poubelle de cuisine plus grande et un tapis a l'entrée pour les jours de pluie.

Nécessite une voiture pour profiter des alentours. La résidence est bien entretenue, le jardin riche en arbres et verdure. Parking. Kitchenette bien équipée.
