The private outdoor area of the house includes a garden with outdoor shower and a covered terrace.
Here you can barbecue together or relax on one of the deck chairs and enjoy the lateral sea view.
The nearest beach (Spiaggia Longa) is only a 5-minute drive away (2.9km).
In Isola Rossa, also only about 2.5km away, there are also several restaurants, cafes, bars and 3 supermarkets.
Olbia airport can be reached in just under 90 minutes (78km) by car.
Parking is available on the property and on the street.
Wi-Fi is not available.
There is a shared laundry area with two washing machines. - Bikes provided Payment 80,00 € per day - E-Bike Payment 80,00 € per day

Maison située en pleine nature (calme et vue). Accueil très sympathique. Accès rapide au littoral et à l'arrière-pays. Supermarché à 3 km. Moyen de transport indispensable. Très bien !
